Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the ace888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and ace888 with respect to your use of the platform.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) ace888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. ace888 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ace888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. ace888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ace888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials .

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ace888 immediately by contacting our support team. ace888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ace888 account, whether or not you authorized such activity. All bets placed and transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility. ace888 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An ace888 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ace888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will remain accessible upon reactivation of the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• PayMaya / Maya;
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank;

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ace888 cashier section. ace888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ace888 account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 2.5. ace888 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ace888 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game or transaction is displayed in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. ace888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ace888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ace888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ace888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ace888 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ace888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. 5.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ace888 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games on the ace888 platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. The RNG produces outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ace888 or by players.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

6.3 Malfunction Policy

Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ace888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Privacy and Data Protection

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ace888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeiture of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the ace888 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law – shall continue to apply after termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ace888 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ace888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
